How much does it cost?
£25 per month.

Is there a commission to pay on orders?
No. Just the £25 monthly subscription (can pay £275 yearly)

If I join, is there a contract I have to enter into?
No. Just the monthly ‘rolling’ contract upon paid subscription.

Do I get an online menu?
Yes. Takeaway menu will auto-fit all screen sizes and run on all operating systems.

Do I get an app?
Yes. Your app will automatically load if the customer is using a smartphone.

Yes, but does your app do everything a traditional, downloaded app does?
Yes. Notifications are received and a shortcut icon can be saved to the desktop. 

Do you enter my takeaway menu food items?
Yes. We get everything ready to go live for you.

What about foreign languages?
Chinese, for example, can be added. Will also print out for the kitchen staff.

Does it include customer Table Bookings?
Yes. Comprehensive Table Booking is included at no extra cost.

Is there a limit to the number of Takeaway Orders and Table Bookings?
No. Unlimited.

If my takeaway sales are, say £5,000 per month. All I pay you is £25?
Yes.

Do customer card payments go to my bank?
Yes. All customer card payments go directly to YOUR bank account. 

Do my customers need to download an app from the Apple Store or Google Play?
No. Your app will automatically load if the customer is using a smartphone.

Does the app work straight away?
Yes. Customers can place an order (or book a table) immediately using any device.

Will I be able to change prices and add food item pictures myself?
Yes. You will get your own Control Panel with many other controls included. 

What sort of promotions can I offer my customers?
  1. Loyalty Points – Fully automated. Customers can only redeem points on ‘next’ order.
  2. Promo codes – Customer enters a code to get a set discount.
  3. Discounts – for example: 10% discount for pickup orders over £20.
  4. Free Item(s) – Customers spend X and get a designated ‘Free Item’ added to basket.
  5. Free delivery – On first order. Designed to convince customers to order directly.

Can your system display allergy Icons?
Yes. Can easily change yourself if required.

Can I add a Service or Packaging charge to orders?
Yes, both or just one at any amount you wish. 

What about customer reviews?
Customers can post a review. You can reply, or if malicious, you can delete.

Can I get a QR code?
Yes, free of charge. 

Are there any third-party advertisements?
No, none whatsoever.

How do I receive customer takeaway orders and table bookings?
Any Android device and a Bluetooth POS/ESC-compatible thermal printer.
Orders also arrive by email and in your Control Panel.

Can you supply the hardware if necessary?
Yes. A brand new Sunmi V2 all-in-one device (tablet and printer) for just £99.
Or a fully automated smart printer (with wider paper & cut) for £299. 

Can I also take walk-in and telephone orders?
Yes. Our Control Panel has a POS facility. POS as a separate app under development.

Can I have a separate system for dine-in customers?
Yes. With your dine-in menu prices. Customers can then order from the table.

How long have you been trading?
GetCurry.co.uk has been trading for 10 years.

Are there any hidden extras if we go with your system?
No. You simply pay the subscription fee and that’s it!

How do I change over to your system?
Subscribe (Tap Here). You will receive a single link for your website’s ‘Order Now’ buttons etc.
